These are  NEW S&S Diesel Motorsport 5.9L Cummins common rail injectors that are engineered to get the most out of your Cummins diesel. From the injector body to the nozzle, this injector was designed for maximum performance. The nozzle spray pattern and angle have been optimized to outperform a stock honed nozzle with the same flow rate, and the injector body material has been upgraded to improve reliability over the OE injector. These are the highest quality and the best performing injectors on the market. The 03-04 Model years were equipped with a different piston bowl and corresponding injector spray angle than 06-07 models. S&S has insured that the correct spray angle is used for each style piston bowl for optimal performance!

CORE RETURN NOTICE

All injector cores must be returned to Fleece Performance within 30 days of receipt and include a copy of this core return form with the cores. Failure to include the core return form will result in a partial forfeiture of your core charge. The customer is responsible for all return shipping. Ship all core injectors to the address listed below. Upon the receipt of the qualifying cores, Fleece Performance will refund all, part, or none of the core charge based on the following schedule:  

Injector cores received beyond 45 days of purchase – 50% core credit deduction.

Injector cores received beyond 60 days of purchase – 75% core credit deduction.

Injector cores received beyond 90 days of purchase – No credit will be issued.
