These terms apply only to employees of Fleece Performance Engineering, Inc who have enrolled in text message notifications through Fleece Connect, our employee communication app powered by Speakap. They do not apply to customers or visitors of our website. For how we handle customer and website information, see our Privacy Notice.
The Fleece Connect SMS program is operated by Fleece Performance Engineering, Inc. Messages are sent through Fleece Connect, powered by Speakap Inc., and delivered by our messaging provider, Twilio Inc.
By providing your mobile number and opting in to text notifications in Fleece Connect, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Fleece Performance Engineering, Inc about operational workplace matters, including:
- policy and procedure updates;
- security notices;
- HR deadlines, such as benefits enrollment;
- office or facility closures; and
- shift and schedule changes.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment. Participation is voluntary, and you can still receive workplace communications through the Fleece Connect app and other channels if you do not opt in.
Message frequency varies depending on operational need, typically up to 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message: "You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe." After that, you will not receive further text messages unless you reply START to resubscribe.
Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You will receive this reply: "Fleece Performance: Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Contact [email protected] for assistance."

Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Your mobile phone number, your consent status and the date consent was given, records of messages sent to you, delivery outcomes, and any opt-out or opt-in requests you send.
To send you the workplace communications you have consented to receive, and to maintain a record demonstrating that your preferences have been honored.
We share your mobile number only with the service providers that operate the program: Speakap Inc., which provides the Fleece Connect app, and Twilio Inc., which delivers the text messages. They use it solely to send messages to you.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We retain consent and opt-out records for as long as necessary to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging regulations.
