Easily rebuild your lift pump and stage 1 fuel filter assembly on your Cummins equipped 2016-2019 Nissan Titan XD with our complete rebuild kit! Our Fleece Performance Lift Pump and Filter Kit includes a brand new fuel pump, Fleet Guard fuel filters, and all necessary O-rings to update your fuel filter housing and fuel pump assembly.
Kit includes:
- New OE replacement fuel pump
- New Fleet Guard stage 1 lower filter
- New Fleet Guard under hood filter
- New O-rings for the fuel pump / stage 1 filter head
Application Notes
For use in 2016-2019 Nissan Titan XD trucks equipped with the 5.0L Cummins that utilize fuel filter and fuel pump assembly 16400-EZ40B or 16400-EZ40A
Installer Notes
The fuel pump priming procedure outlined in the installation instructions must be performed after the fuel pump and filter replacement are complete and prior to first engine cranking. This process ensures that all air is cleared from the fuel system, allowing the pump to build adequate fuel pressure. Failure to follow this procedure will result in low fuel feed pressure, a “long start” engine, and pump damage.

The fuel pump and filter rebuild kit includes a brand new fuel pump, Fleet Guard fuel filters, and all necessary O-rings to update your stage 1 fuel pump and filter housing.
