PowerFlo Lift Pump (FPE-PF-FMC-1724-SB):

The PowerFlo lift pump is the latest drop-in lift pump from the diesel experts at Fleece Performance to support your high horsepower appetite!  Our plug-and-play kit requires NO cutting, splicing, or modification of the factory fuel lines or fuel tank. 

Under Bed Fuel Filter Assembly (FPE-FMC-UBFA-1724): 

The latest OEM+ solution from Fleece Performance is a true “drop-in” upgrade to the furnace style filtration that requires absolutely no modification of your existing fuel lines or routing of new fuel lines. The new filter assembly mounts in the same location as the factory filter housing and mates directly to all factory fuel lines for the absolute cleanest installation on the market. The kit retains full functionality of the factory WIF circuitry and mates directly to the chassis harness while allowing you to convert to a convenient spin-on style filter.

Under Hood Fuel Filter Assembly (FPE-FMC-UHFA-1123): 

The plastic OE filters are prone to cracking and fuel leakage - eliminate the risk of a cracked filter with our billet aluminum cap assembly with billet aluminum quick disconnect fittings.  Our drop-in replacement filter assembly locks directly into the stock filter location and utilizes a replaceable spin-on Donaldson filter that is easily serviceable.  The kit includes an extra Donaldson fuel filter, further extending the time before you need to purchase an additional filter.

Injector Return Line Repair Fitting (FPE-FMC-FF-RLK-1724): 

The plastic factory injector return connector on the 6.7L Power Stroke is susceptible to breakage from heat, vibration, and frequent disconnections for fuel filter maintenance. Upgrade your injector return fitting and eliminate the risk of a broken fuel line with our heavy duty billet aluminum injector return fitting.  Featuring a dual O-ring internal design and serviceable barb fitting the Fleece Performance injector return fitting will ensure you're not left stranded with a broken, non-repairable fuel line. 

Fuel Line Retaining Clips (FPE-FL-RC-FMC-4P): 

Fix your broken fuel line retaining clip on your 6.7L Power Stroke with our direct replacement fuel line clips.  For use on both the 1/2" and 12MM fuel connections located throughout the fuel system including the fuel pump, lower fuel filter housing, and under hood fuel filter connections.  The kit includes four of the most common retaining clips for the Power Stroke. 

PowerFlo Application Notes

• The PowerFlo utilizes the stock fuel control module to modulate fuel delivery pressure as required based on engine load.
• This product has been tested and verified to work with trucks equipped with an S&S Diesel Motorsport DCR conversion kit and the S&S Diesel Motorsport CP4 Disaster Prevention Kit.
• This product has been confirmed to fit Titan and S&B aftermarket fuel tanks. 
• PowerFlo lift pumps are validated for usage with up to 20% biodiesel. 
• Does not fit cab and chassis applications.

• This product will work with Titan aftermarket fuel tanks. 
• This product will work with S&B short bed model aftermarket fuel tanks - DOES NOT FIT LONG BED S&B FUEL TANK (10-1008). 
• This kit replaces the factory “furnace” style filter found in part numbers: FD-4625, FD4625AA, HC3Z-9N184-C, and HC3Z-9N184-J
