How to return your Core to Fleece Performance Engineering

***If the core is not present in the box upon arrival to our facility a credit will NOT be issued ***

1.      Before proceeding - verify that you are returning a Holset turbo. See images below to identify if the turbo is a Holset.

2.    Use the original Fleece Box for your return.  If you are unable to do so, double box the turbo and use bubble wrap to keep the turbo from moving during shipping. Be sure that the NEW product serial number is written on the box!

3.      Be sure that our core return form is completely filled out, and included inside the box.  Please place the form in a zip lock bag – this will eliminate the paperwork being destroyed by any remaining oil left in the turbo.

4.      Please be sure that the turbo is packaged correctly inside the box with an appropriate amount of packing materials. Our insta pack can be reused along with the bag the new turbo was shipped in.

5.      Make sure that you retape all of the seams on the box, including the bottom of the box. 

6.      Be sure that you are not covering up the Serial Number tag on the side of the box during taping!

Please do not use the following while packaging up your core turbo for return:

·       Spray Foam

·       Towels / Sheets / blankets

·       Packing Peanuts

·       Shop Rags

·       Pillows 

***If the core return form is not filled out and included there will be an immediate 5% deduction from the core return credit. ***
