The kit also includes our replacement fuel line retaining clips, allowing you to repair or replace the commonly found plastic 1/2" and 12mm fuel connections found in the system that become brittle over time.

Seamless Integration

The active fill bucket eliminates the need for tank sumps, draw straws, additional air filtration, and the ¼ tank issues typically encountered when seeking a higher flow lift pump to meet your engine’s need.  This kit requires no cutting, splicing, or modification of the existing fuel lines, harness, or fuel tank and retains all factory fuel control module capability. 

Aftermarket Capable

Want the benefits of the in-tank pump but need to run your own fuel lines?  The pump outlet and return are threaded to accept a -8 O-ring fitting (3/4"-16 thread).  This product has been tested and validated for use with 2017-2024 trucks equipped with an S&S Diesel Motorsport DCR conversion kit and the S&S Diesel Motorsport CP4 Disaster Prevention Kit.

Direct Drop-In

The new filter assembly mounts in the same location as the factory filter housing and mates directly to all factory fuel lines for the absolute cleanest installation on the market. The kit retains full functionality of the factory WIF circuitry and mates directly to the chassis harness while allowing you to convert to a convenient spin-on style filter.

Improved Filter Performance

The Donaldson P553203 offers improved efficiency (99%) at low micron levels (4 micron) vs. the stock filter while ensuring peak water separation performance. 

Fuel Heater Capable

Cold climate owners we have you covered! Our optional fuel heater is available for all models including Cab & Chassis.  Easily installs into the side of the filter base for full fuel flow heating prior to the filter. Learn more:

• Fuel heater and harness for 17+ Fleece filter base (FPE-FH-FMC-1724) - pickup truck models.
• Fuel heater extension harness for 17+ Fleece filter base on C&C applications (FPE-FH-FMC-1724-CC-EXT) – required for use in conjunction with FPE-FH-FMC-1724.

Kit includes:

• Fully assembled billet aluminum filter base with Donaldson filter (P/N P553203) and provision for optional fuel heater.
• Water-in-fuel sensor and electrical extension harness.

PowerFlo Application Notes

• The PowerFlo utilizes the stock fuel control module to modulate fuel delivery pressure as required based on engine load.
• This product has been tested and verified to work with trucks equipped with an S&S Diesel Motorsport DCR conversion kit and the S&S Diesel Motorsport CP4 Disaster Prevention Kit.
• This product has been confirmed to fit Titan and short bed S&B aftermarket fuel tanks. 
• PowerFlo lift pumps are validated for usage with up to 20% biodiesel. 
• Does not fit cab and chassis applications.

Under Bed Filter Application Notes

• This product will work with Titan aftermarket fuel tanks. 
• This product will work with S&B short bed model aftermarket fuel tanks - DOES NOT FIT LONG BED S&B FUEL TANK (10-1008). 
• This kit replaces the factory “furnace” style filter found in part numbers: FD-4625, FD4625AA, HC3Z-9N184-C, and HC3Z-9N184-J
